Science Space at Gordon Center

Tarleton State University’s W.K. Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas opens a new summer exhibit on Saturday, May 25, at the museum in Thurber. “Science Space” incorporates geology, paleo-geology, engineering and energy industries and is geared toward kids. Interactive exhibits include a fossil dig station and an engineering space. The museum, in historic Thurber, is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and
1 to 4 p.m. Sundays. It is located at Exit 367 on Interstate 20 between Fort Worth and Abilene.
